Good bye August

August seemed to have just past us in a blink of an eye.

We had a lot of stuff going on so that is probably the reason why. But overall it was just fast.

I am not complaining though, because with September comes cooler weather, and I am more then ready for cooler weather.

I feel like we have been in a perpetual summer for about the past 10 years so we are more then ready for some cool crisp weather.

To wrap up August we headed to the lake to spend the day with friends.

We had pretty much the whole place to ourselves. It was a great time and a beautiful day...Until the nasty clouds came in and started hailing on us and doing a lightning show.

I love that kind of weather, just not when I am in the water.

We had also spent a day at Lagoon with friends that was super fun!

Then our last trip was on the train to Ogden.

Just a small group to have some fun at Fat Cats.

Never in my dreams would I have expected to see V playing this game.

And to walk around the old town and have some pizza at Lucky Slice.

The town has painted pianos around town that are really cool.
V found out his Buddie knows how to play the piano...we were impressed!

Now onto September and all it has to offer us.
